For all orders placed online you are entitled to a full refund, provided the item is returned within the agreed time frame and in an unworn, undamaged condition, along with original packaging and a valid receipt of payment. We would also be very happy to exchange your product for a different size, colour or style, subject to stock availability.


In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund for orders placed online. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to inform us that you wish to return the item for a full refund, and a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods in person or by post.

Please note that personalised products created using our bespoke monogramming service are strictly non-refundable. Please contact us at if you have a concern or wish to report a fault with your product - we will help in every way we can.


If you wish to exchange your order, you have 28 days from receiving your order to return the item. Returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure they are in unworn, undamaged condition along with a valid receipt of payment. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Return

If you are returning an item bought online, we will not cover the cost of goods returned by post. Please ensure the item is wrapped using sufficient protective packaging, and post using a tracked service.
