Your order will be packaged using 100% recycled/reusable/recyclable materials; your new LPOL bag comes with its own fair trade cotton dust bag within a reused biodegradable plastic bag,  wrapped and protected by innovative recycled paper bubble wrap, finished with a surplus jute webbing sash and brass split pin, then placed within a recycled paper mailer bag. No new plastic. No parcel tape. No waste.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

For personalised products the last order date to guarantee delivery before Christmas is 1pm on 18th December for the UK, and 1pm on 16th December for the EU and the rest of the world. 
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware that if you place an order from outside the UK it may be subject to import duties and taxes, and will be dependent on the value of your order. These costs are levied once the shipment reaches your country, and a further payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. Should you refuse to pay the necessary customs fees then your order will be returned to us. In order for us to redeliver your order, you will be responsible for the return postage cost and we will issue an invoice accordingly - once paid we will then be able to dispatch your order.
FAULTY ITEMS
Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement of your product(s).
