As part of our response to Coronavirus, we are delighted to offer our customers EXTENDED RETURNS on all online orders until the lock down ends. Whilst our refund window remains at 14 days (as detailed below), we are extending the exchange window from 1 month to 3 months. We hope this offer gives you peace of mind at a time where it is not possible to visit the shops.
For orders placed in store you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in an unworn, undamaged condition, along with original packaging and a valid receipt of payment. We would also be very happy to exchange your product for a different size, colour or style provided the new item is equal to or more than the value of the original item purchased.
In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange for orders placed online. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to inform us that you wish to return the item, and a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods in person or by post. Returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure they are in unworn, undamaged condition along with a valid receipt of payment.
Returning Sale Items:
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on items bought in a sale event in-store or online, but we are more than happy to help you exchange your bag for another size, colour or style. If the item is faulty then please email us at email@example.com and we will deal with your enquiry in a fair and sensible manner.

Returning by Post:
If you are returning an item bought in-store or online, we will not cover the cost of goods returned by post. Please ensure the item is wrapped using sufficient protective packaging, and post using a tracked service to the address below:
