For all orders placed online (excluding sale items) you are entitled to a full refund, provided the item is returned within the agreed time frame via a tracked service and in an unworn, undamaged condition in original packaging. We would also be very happy to exchange your product for a different size, colour or style, subject to stock availability.
In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a refund for full-price orders placed online. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to inform us that you wish to return the item for a full refund, and a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods in person or by post.
Please note that sale items and personalised products created using our monogramming service are strictly non-refundable. Sale items can be exchanged. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a concern or wish to report a fault with your product - we will help in every way we can.
If you wish to exchange your order, you have 28 days from receiving your order to return the item. Returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure they are in unworn, undamaged condition along with a valid receipt of payment. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchanges will be handled personally by one of our team, and we will arrange everything by phone or email.
How to Return
If you are returning an item bought online, we will not cover the cost of goods returned by post. Please ensure the item is packaged in its original protective packaging, and post using a tracked service.
