Repairs

We offer a free first-year repair service for any bag that has suffered a clear and obvious manufacturing fault or defect. Bags will be subject to a thorough inspection and a repair plan will be advised to the workshop with your consent. Please see Our Promise for more information.

Repairs can take 2-4 weeks due to the busy nature of production, so we ask that you kindly bear with us whilst we do everything we can to return your bag in brand new condition.
